Experience

James is Executive Vice President at Falko Regional Aircraft. He has over 20 years' of corporate and structured finance experience. James was a co-founder of Orbis Capital in 2000 where his primary focus was corporate finance advisory mandates. James’ clients included major financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank as well as corporations ranging from global conglomerates such as Cendant Corp and Travelex to specialist SMEs in the UK. Having started his career at Arthur Andersen, James joined the corporate finance team of BAE Systems in 1994 where he worked on numerous corporate finance and lease transactions, including BAE’s acquisition of a minority stake in Saab Aircraft and the incorporation and capital raising for Oasis International Leasing in Abu Dhabi. James has an MBA from City University and is an Approved Person by the FSA.
