Experience

Mark is Executive Vice President at Falko Regional Aircraft. He has over 15 years’ of structured finance and leasing experience. Mark started his career with RBS in the structured finance division, focused on shipping before moving to BAE Systems in 1997 to join the corporate finance team. Mark worked on a number of lease transactions at BAE, prior to being seconded to Oasis International Leasing (now Waha Capital), a leasing company established in Abu Dhabi, where he was Director, Lease Finance. In 2001, Mark was a co-founder of Orbis Capital where his primary focus has been structured finance advisory mandates. Mark has successfully closed over $3bn of transactions. His clients have included major international corporations such as Raytheon Company and Virgin Atlantic as well as significant public bodies such as the Canadian Government. Mark has an MA with first class honours in Economics and is an Approved Person by the FSA.
