Experience
Rhod has over 20 years of operational and business development experience with both major international corporations and start-up companies. Rhod's areas of expertise include business transformation, international operations and strategic sourcing, business strategy, cross-border M&A, large scale project management and management of growth businesses. He has worked in senior positions with Rolls-Royce, Pratt and Whitney, BAE Systems, Yazaki Corp and AEA Technology. He has also been CEO of an early stage medical technology business. Rhod holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
